Thank you for shopping with Intimate Street. We trust that your purchase meets or exceeds your expectations.
In the unlikely event that you are not a 100% satisfied with our products, you must contact us by email or by fax advising us of your notice of cancellation within 7 days of you (the customer) placing the order.
Once we have received this notice of cancellation we will advise you (where applicable) about the return of the goods to us along with their original packing (where applicable) for a full exchange or refund as per the terms and conditions given below.

Where applicable, refunds will be made by cheques or NEFT and not on credit or debit cards or electronically. The cheques will be issued in the name of the original purchaser / customer and cheques will be made only in Indian Rupees and will be sent by Courier to all addresses in India and by Air mail to all overseas addresses.

Where applicable, please allow up to 7 working days for the despatch of the refund cheques.

Where applicable, for returns that you wish to make after 7 days of you (the customer) placing the order and up to the 14th day of you (the customer) placing the order, we will issue store credit notes (and not refund cheques).

Valid store credit notes will be acceptable at our website and boutique(s) up to six months from the date of issue.

No refunds or exchange requests will be entertained after the 14th day of you (the customer) placing the order.

Please contact us by email or by fax advising us of your notice of cancellation and wait for our response before you actually send the goods to us. Please do not send us items for refunds or exchange until we ask you to.
All refunds or exchange requests are subject to the following terms and conditions.

Points of Consideration:
1. Store credit note will not be applicable nor can it be clubbed with any special promotions or on discounted products or during sale.

2. Products must be in brand new and resalable condition; they shouldn’t be worn, washed, soiled or dirty. The tags should be intact and attached to the garment.

3. Returns will only be acceptable in the original packing. Any products with damaged packing will not be accepted.

4. Due to the delicate nature of our products, please take care when returning items to us. Padded or molded garments must be packaged delicately to ensure there is no damage to the cups.

5. Please use care when trying on the garment for fit. Body creams, heavy perfume and jewelry can cause the garment to become soiled or damaged and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. Every item shipped back to us will be inspected by a senior staff member to ensure quality control and determine eligibility for refund / exchange. Management’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.

6. Due to the intimate nature of certain items, our hygiene standards we will NOT accept returns on briefs, body suits, one – piece swimsuits or any garment fitted below the waist including lingerie sets which includes a brief etc., if the hygiene seal is broken, damaged, tampered or in any way is not in it’s original pristine condition.

7. Any bikini sets, once the briefs are taken out of the sealed packet, they cannot be returned. Please try the fitting of the bra / tankini before unpacking the brief’s hygiene seal.

8. Items on sale, special promotions or products / orders otherwise discounted will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.

9. If you received a product, as a gift from loved ones and need to exchange it, please adhere to our return / exchange guidelines.

10. Gift wrapping charges or post and packaging charges, where applicable, are non refundable. Products being replaced are not sent gift-wrapped again.

11. Gift cards are non – refundable and can’t be exchanged for cash.

12. Products sold as packs or in sets cannot be returned as individual items.

13. Cost of reshipping the goods back to the customer post any return or exchange would be INR 300 within India and Rs.2500 to an overseas address. There may be an extra charge if the courier needs to attempt delivery more than once.

14. You (the customer) are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted goods to us.

15. Please note you have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession. You must also take reasonable care to ensure that ESTOCORP: UNIT D’INTIMA receives the returned goods and that the goods are not damaged in transit.
We strongly recommend that you use the original packaging and send the goods back to us using a traceable delivery method such as a reputable courier. Please ensure you retain courier’s airway bill / receipt.

16. ESTOCORP: UNIT D’INTIMA will not be responsible of loss or damage of goods in transit.
